1. Who we are and who can join
Rawmistry (“we”, “us”) provides a platform for adults to meet people for relationships, casual connections and friendship. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Accounts for anyone under 18 are removed immediately. You may hold one account and must give accurate information about your age, gender and photos.
2. Say what you want, and respect what others want
Rawmistry lets members choose goals such as long-term, short-term, friends with benefits, no strings attached, hookup or best friend. You only see members who share one of your goals. Every interaction must be consensual. “No” or silence is a complete answer, and you must stop contacting someone who does not want contact. Pressure, coercion, threats and unsolicited sexual content are never allowed, whatever goal you or they have chosen.
3. What you must not do
No harassment, hate speech, stalking, doxxing or threats. No nudity or sexual images in profile photos, voice intros, bios or group rooms. No asking for money, gifts, investments or crypto, and no romance scams or catfishing. No impersonation, no commercial solicitation, no escort or sex-work advertising, and no illegal activity. No scraping, bots or attempts to break the service. We may remove content, restrict features or permanently ban accounts that break these rules.
4. Meeting people in real life
We cannot control what happens offline. Meet in public, tell a friend, arrange your own transport and trust your instincts. A verified badge means we compared a live selfie with the profile photos at one point in time. It is not a background check and is not a guarantee of anyone’s identity, character or intentions. You are responsible for your own safety and choices.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of your photos, voice intro, messages and other content. You give us a limited licence to host, display and deliver it so the service works (for example showing your profile to other members). You promise you own or have the right to share what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
6. Group rooms, games and relationship mode
Rooms are moderated by Rawmistry or appointed hosts, who may mute or remove members. Messages in rooms are visible to other participants. Relationship mode is a private space for two people who both opt in. Ending it deletes the shared plans and memories for both partners.
7. Reports, blocking and enforcement
You can block or report anyone at any time. Reports are reviewed by our team and treated confidentially. We may share information with law enforcement where required by law or to protect someone from serious harm.
8. Accounts and deletion
You stay signed in on your devices until you log out or delete your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile. We then permanently remove your profile, photos, voice intro, matches and messages, except where we must keep limited records for legal or safety reasons.
9. Service availability and liability
We provide Rawmistry “as is” and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, for the conduct of members, or for events that happen when members meet. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify members of important changes. Continuing to use Rawmistry means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
